A newly established Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Our core business is international precious metals trading, serving corporate clients across selected international markets. We work from Dubai's free zone on a flexible office arrangement, managing corporate administration, international business relationships, and regional and global transactions from there.
The company was set up to solve a common problem: uncertainty. Too many deals become risky because samples are not verified clearly, testing is inconsistent, or the export paperwork is missing. We combine disciplined buying and resale with accurate verification and careful export preparation, so partners can trust the numbers.

How we keep every transaction clean
Compliance is not an add-on. These rules apply to every client, supplier and transaction, without exception.
- Electronic payments only. International wire transfers (SWIFT) and local corporate bank transfers. No physical cash deposits and no third-party payments.
- KYC before any agreement. A valid certificate of incorporation or trade licence, a registry document showing ultimate beneficial owners, and passport copies of the directors.
- No sanctioned destinations. We exclude transactions, clients and vendors connected to OFAC, UN or UAE-sanctioned countries.
- Refined and unrefined gold, always tested. No jewellery, no coins, no watches.
If your lot has no assay certificate yet, that is normal. Say so when you make contact and we will arrange accredited testing and explain how the sequence works.
